If Gw reset their servers and I lost all my chars, I would

1)Spend at least half an hour logging on and off to see if my characters reapear
2)Relize that they are forever gone and start yelling at something(probably GW and my comp)
3)Ragequit untill nightfall comes out
4)If nightfall is good enough to convince me to play again, then I'll try to get all my chars back to where they are now, and then continue playing how I currently play

I'm sure that there are many other people that would do at least steps 1-3 maybe excluding the nightfall part....

A reset of the servers leaving the game in its current state but wiping out our chars ?

If ANet gave us the ability to change primary profession too I would restart a character and bring him through all three games while unlocking all skills in the process, if not well there's a supreme commander coming I'd like to try and there are many other things I can do both in and out of game.

i wont even bother making a new char. ill just join some culinary short courses, acting workshops, sign up for programming courses, etc.

i dont want to waste a year of gaming again.

As the saying goes, 'You can never go home.' If the game were reset to it's introductory condition and my characters were wiped... I'd keep playing but I know it wouldn't be the same as the first time through. The rush of 'first discovery' is long gone. I'd rush a new character through the game until I got to new content (Nightfall) again and then resume normally.

Imagine... *everybody* is farming massive gold drops, ectos, cheap black dyes, HOD weapons, 15% FFS, all that junk. We'd all be rich and have nothing to spend it on. =)

Nah, fo real though I don't know if I'd play again. This games fun, but that's a lot to redo.

And then spend hours getting a char just right,then start all over again happily.

I dont mind doing it all over again,in fact,id like it,and to boot all of Guild Wars would join me!
